Prayer for Teachers and Schools

Lord, I pray for our schools and everyone in them.

Bless our teachers. Give them patience on long days, creativity when they're worn out, and wisdom for the student who's struggling. Let them see the difference they make, even when nobody says thank you.

Protect our students. Keep them safe in body and mind. Help them learn, make good friends, and know they are valued. For the kids carrying hard things at home, send a caring adult who notices.

Bless the principals, counselors, coaches, bus drivers, and staff who keep schools running. And give wisdom to the school boards and lawmakers who make decisions about our schools.

Make our schools places of safety, learning, and kindness. In Jesus' name, amen.
